Web Design and UX for St. Francis Animal Rescue

St. Francis Society Animal Rescue is a non-profit dedicated to rescuing displaced and abandoned animals.

Summary: For this project, the primary goals were adoptions, donations and fostering. It was important to give the volunteers a space to promote featured animals and make it easy for people to donate their time or money. I started with a wireframe that was shared with the team to clearly communicate the goals and flow of the new page. Once I had a strong foundation that everyone was excited about, I designed the home page. I made sure to put primary goals front and center and make it easy for the visitor to make a choice. I also showcased photography provided by the non-profit to add personality to the pets in need.
